Introduction

A sustainable vision for Stalham

Barratt David Wilson Homes (Anglia) is pleased to present their proposals for approximately 150 new high-quality homes on the Land Adjacent to Ingham Road in Stalham.

A portion of the site had been initially identified in the proposed submission of the emerging Local Plan, put forward by the North Norfolk District Council under policy reference “ST19/A”. However, in the Planning Inspector’s interim findings, the site’s allocated area was extended to the north-east and is now referred to as “ST19/B”, allowing for the allocation of approximately 150 new homes on site, to account for the increase in the Council’s housing target.

The plans are now at a stage where Barratt David Wilson Homes (Anglia) would like to invite the community to share their thoughts on the proposals.

We recently held a community consultation event on Wednesday 26 March at the Stalham Poppy Centre allowing residents and stakeholders to meet members of the project team, find out further information and provide feedback to help shape the proposals for the site. If you were unable to attend the event, please view the materials that were on display below.
